Product Security and Compliance Statement

Serage UK is committed to ensuring that all products we place on the UK market meet the requirements of the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Act 2022.

We take product security seriously and ensure that all Serage products supplied in the UK:

• Are free from universal default passwords, requiring the user to set secure credentials during installation.
  
• Have a clear vulnerability disclosure process, allowing researchers, installers, and customers to report any concerns either by emailing se******@*******co.uk or by completing our online form on the Security & Vulnerability Reporting page.
  
• Come with a guaranteed minimum of five (5) years of security updates from the date of product discontinuation. These updates include fixes for any vulnerabilities that could impact the safety or security of the device.
  

Serage UK actively monitors product security and will respond promptly to any issues reported. We are committed to transparency, compliance with the PSTI Act, and providing secure and reliable CCTV solutions to the UK market.
