Products Covered
This reporting process covers Serage-branded products only, including:
- IP cameras
- NVRs and DVRs
- AI-enabled devices and software (including the Serage app)
- Networking and related hardware supplied under the Serage brand
Our Commitment
- We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 working days.
- We will assess and prioritise the issue based on potential impact and severity.
- We will provide status updates as appropriate during our investigation.
- Once resolved, we will confirm closure with you and credit your contribution where appropriate (unless you request otherwise).
Responsible Disclosure
We ask that you:
- Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and implement a fix.
- Avoid actions that could harm Serage customers, data, or systems.
Legal Note
This vulnerability reporting process is designed to meet the UK Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (PSTI) Regulations.
Submitting a report in good faith will not lead to legal action from Serage, provided it is in line with responsible disclosure practices.
